Veggies in Shrimp Cream


Veggies in Shrimp Cream

Ingredients:

• 1 cup diced sayote
• 5 grams crushed garlic
• 1 cup diced squash
• 20 grams onions
• 1 cup Kentucky beans, 1”cut
• a pinch of powdered pepper
• ½ cup diced carrots
• 1 cup shrimp broth
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• a pinch of salt
• 1 can of 370 ml evaporated milk
• ½ cup water
• 3 tbsp cooking oil


Procedure:

1. Sauté the onions and garlic.
2. Add potatoes, after a few minutes, add the squash.
3. Add water and shrimp broth, let it boil.
4. Wait, until the squash and potatoes become tender, but not overcooked.
5. Add the sayote and carrots.
6. Add the Kentucky beans, and then pour the milk.
7. Flavor with salt and pepper, and then add the cabbage.
8. Serve hot, with spring onions on top.

shrimp vichyssoise... can be serve hot or cold. =))
