Creamy Dory




Ingredients:

Tangigue, cut into strips

Batter:

½ cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup ice cold water
Salt
Pepper

Tartar Dip:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 whole red onion, minced
1 small pack unflavored nestle yogurt
Sugar
Salt
Pepper


Procedure:

Mix all dry ingredients together then add cold water. The batter should be cold to make the fish crispy. If it is too sticky, add more water. Then combine the ingredients for the tartar dip and chill it.
